The Yoga club will allow pupils in Year 3-6 to develop their skills in Yoga from breathing activities to learning traditional poses. The sessions also allow the development of creative skills, improved muscle strength, motor skills, balance, flexibility, and concentration.
The children grow in confidence as they grow stronger; gain more body awareness and a sense of self. Learning to relax can help them deal with the pressures and stresses of modern-day life.
Yoga is fun, physical and great for all-abilities.
