The Impact Project seeks to build individual self confidence within each child to help them to feel comfortable within themselves. The project looks to reduce self doubt and encourage celebrating uniqueness so that each child feels able to fearlessly follow their own pathway.

All the challenges can be found on our YouTube channel and offer clear and progressive activities to suit a multitude of ages and abilities and can be completed at home and with minimal sports equipment.
